The following describes what is happening for the standard resolution at
points 1 to 4 on the timing chart.
1. When the Start key is pressed, the pick-up solenoid turn on, then the tx
motor feeds the document to the scan line sensor (400 pps).
2. The tx motor feeds the document through the scanner (800 pps).
3. The tx motor feeds the document out of the scanner.
4. The tx motor stops 82 steps after the document exit sensor was turned off.
