To adjust the write start position of Y-color image in the horizontal scanning direction in increments
of 1 pixel or less.
When Y-color displacement in the horizontal scanning direction occurs (smaller than 1 pixel)
Enter the setting value (switch negative/positive by -/+ key) and press OK key.

Do not use this at the normal service.
