MSG for the slot
Either a test is being performed on the module
via the server, or the module is performing a self-
test upon initial insertion
A trunk connected to the module is in use. In
Communication Manager 3.0 or higher, the LED
could alternatively indicate that a telephone
connected to the module is in use.
