Removing the engine

Remove the engine guard. (

Jack up the motorcycle. (
–
Disconnect the negative cable of the battery. (
–
Drain the coolant. (
–
Remove the main silencer. (
–
Take off the throttle valve body and allow it to hang to the side. (
–
Remove the swingarm, with shock absorber and rear wheel. (
–
Unplug connector

Remove screw
–
Unscrew screw

Remove screws
–
Take off the exhaust manifold along with the gasket.

Remove screw

–
Remove screws
–
Take off both engine mounting brackets.
–
Maneuver out the exhaust pipe.
