Condition
The shock absorber has been demounted.
–
Clamp shock absorber in a bench vise using soft jaws.
–
Remove the collar bushing of the heim joint with a punch.
–
Turn the shock absorber around and remove the second heim joint collar bushing
with a punch.

Remove seal ring

–
Press the heim joint against a lock ring using the special tool.
Pressing tool (T1207S) (
–
Remove the second lock ring

Place special tool
Pressing tool (T1207S) (

–
Position new heim joint
Pressing tool (T1206) (
–
Press in the heim joint all the way.
