Unresponsive cellular component in Bypass mode

When in Bypass mode, the XBee Cellular Modem does not automatically reset or reboot the cellular
component if it becomes unresponsive.
Condition
In Bypass mode, the XBee Cellular Modem does not respond to commands.
Solution
