Baseline release of the document.
Added API functionality. Many changes to reflect the initial production
release.
Added sleep support. Added SMS encoding information. Added D6, D7, DV,
AM, LA, SH, SL, SM, SP, ST and P1 commands. Noted that AN is not case-
sensitive.
