IQ 3 Contamination on Back of Page RAP

Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer supply
while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or injury. Moving
parts can cause injury.
Description
• The back page is contaminated.
Checks and Causes
1. Is there foreign matter in the paper path?
2. Is fuser roll dirty or scratched?
3. Is BTR dirty or scratched?

2. Install a new Fuser Assembly (PL 10).
3. Install a new BTR (PL 12).
