Section 17- Troubleshooting
This error code is most likely to occur if the Windows account that is
currently logged into Windows does not have read and write access
to the folder c:\nanodrop data or one of its subfolders. See your PC
administrator to make sure that all users of the operating software
have the appropriate Windows access level.
Can't Find LabView RunTime Engine...
This error message likely means that one or more of the software
components have been removed or corrupted. If this occurs, reinstall
the Labview Runtime engine by selecting Start
Programs
NanoDrop Utilities
Runtime Installer.
Report Format Loading Error
This error occurs when the user does not have "Write" access to one
of the report format files located at C:\Nanodrop data\custom report
formats or the file has been moved from this folder. Contact your PC
administrator to give all users Read and Write access to this folder.
Replace the files if they have been removed. If the file cannot be
located, reinstall the software.
