Introduction

Purpose of the printer
Medium resolution (320 dpi) DICOM network dry printer for
14x17", 14x14", 14x11", 10x12", 8x10" DT2 blue base or clear base films
Printing principle
Direct thermal on thermo-sensitive, dry films
2 input trays and 1 output tray
Main application
Well suited to all medical applications, especially CR applications. Cannot be used
for mammography
Connections
1 Gb/s Network connection (Default: automatic detection of 10Mb/s and 100Mb/s
network is enabled, automatic detection of 1Gb/s network is disabled)
Service Concept
Customer installable
No service PC needed for basic installation, maintenance and service, but is
convenient for entering detailed host profile settings
Strict modular design: Production assemblies = service assemblies
All switches, sensors and motors are monitored via current measurement on
main engine board (Devil CPU)
If online diagnosis does not detect the exact reason for the error, an offline check
of the modules can be performed via browser pages
