Retrieving Files

This section explains how to start the converter and retrieving files.
You can convert a file or several files at a time. When converting files, the data automatically rotates
based on the information at the time of scanning.
If a client computer has several MO
drives, you can change the MO drive
to be used in the Look In Browse
combo box.
When selecting multiple files, Batch
Conversion is displayed in the File
menu.
Procedure

Click Start > Program > Fuji Xerox > DC1015S.2101 Copy
Server File Converter.
DC1015S/2101 Copy Server File Converter dialog box appears.

Display the files that are saved.
When retrieving files from the MO disk
(1)Insert the MO disk containing the file saved to the MO drive
of the client computer.
(2)Select Refresh from the View menu.
When retrieving files from the FTP server
(1)Select Setup from the File menu.
The Setup dialog box appears.
(2)Select Add on the Look In tab.
(3)Specify the directory of the FTP server and select OK.

Select a file or multiple files, and select Conversion or Batch
Conversion.
