4.2.1 PRINT ADJUST
 Outline
Draw the built-in patterns, and compensate the parameter so that the drop positions of other heads are on the same
line as the drop position of reference head (Head 1) in the Y-direction.

1. Set Media at X-origin
2. Display [#ADJUST] -> [PRN.adjust].
3. Select "SiDir" on the [SELECT] display.
4. Press the [ENTER] key to draw the pattern.
(Without drawing)
[] [] []: To start Jog mode (move the drawing origin)
5. Check and compensate the patterns.
Check and execute the compensation for H1A-H1B~H4B.
Reference head.
6. When compensated, draw and check the patterns again.

Set the drawing origin as follows;
(Set in [LOCAL] -> [ORIGIN])
X Š 0, Y > 0
[ENTER]: To start Pattern drawing
[]: Screen to input compensation value
[] / []: Compensating value input
[ENTER]: Confirms (Next)
Input unit: 35 µm (720dpi)
Input the compensating value, referring to the figure
below, if the displacement on the drop position of
head applied for the compensation occurs either right
or left against the reference head.
Head under adjustment

Repeat "Drawing -> Checking (Compensating)" until
any compensation is not required.
