When E-mail Print Fails

Perform the following actions depending on the displayed error messages and error codes.
Error messages and error codes are displayed in the following locations.
Printer Display
Remote UI ([Error Information] page in the [Status Monitor/Cancel] menu)

DNS in [TCP/IP Settings]
Whether the POP3 server and
the DNS server are operating
properly
Check the following points.
Whether the setting for [POP3
User Name] in [E-Mail Print
Settings] in the [Network] page in
the Remote UI is correct
Whether the user name is
registered in the POP3 server
properly
Check the following points.
Whether the setting for
[Password] in [E-Mail Print
Settings] in the [Network] page in
the Remote UI is correct
Whether the password is
registered in the POP3 server
properly
Use a POP3 server that supports
UIDL.
Clear the hard disk error on the POP3
server.
