Lightly sand the tubes using coarse sandpaper. Use isopropyl
alcohol and a paper towel to clean the stabilizer tubes,
removing any oils or debris from the tubes.

Apply epoxy to the tubes and to the joiner pockets in the
stabilizer. Also apply epoxy to the exposed wood on the root
rib of the stabilizer. Slide the stabilizer into position, fitting it
tightly against the fuselage. Remove any excess epoxy from
the stabilizer and fuselage using a paper towel and isopropyl
alcohol. Check the alignment of the stabilizer while the epoxy
cures. Once cured, remove the tape from the tubes and install
the remaining stabilizer half.
Geben Sie Epoxy auf die Verbinder und Öffnungen. Streichen
sie ebenfalls Epoxy auf die Kontaktstellen des Holzes.
Schieben Sie eine Leitwerkshälfte in Position fest an den
Rumpf. Entfernen Sie überschüssigen Klebstoff vom Rumpf
mit Alkohol und Papiertüchern. Überprüfen Sie die Ausrichtung
des Leitwerks während das Epoxy trocknet. Entfernen Sie
nach dem Trocknen das Klebeband und kleben die zweite
Leitwerkshälfte ein.

Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly to the flex point of the hinge to prevent epoxy from entering the hinge. Insert the hinges
into the elevator. Use the depth gauges marked EO, EM and EI to make sure the hinges fit into the elevator. It may be necessary
to use a drill bit to make the hole deeper to fully insert the hinge into the elevator. The depth gauges are marked for proper
location and will fit the radius of the leading edge on the elevator. Once the positioning of the hinges have been set, use epoxy to
glue them into position.
Geben Sie etwas Vaseline auf die Gelenke der Scharniere damit diese nicht verkleben. Verwenden Sie die Maße EO, EM und EI auf
der Schablone um die Scharniere einzupassen. Es könnte notwendig sein die Löcher für die Scharniere zu vertiefen. Kleben Sie
die Scharniere nach dem Anpassen mit Epoxy fest.
