Temporarily install the retract assembly into the fuselage.
The assembly will be secured once the length of the retract
actuator pushrod has been set.
Setzen Sie die Mechanik vorübergehend in den Rumpf ein.
Diese wird erst dann festgeschraubt wenn die Gestängelänge
eingestellt ist.

Thread the actuator pushrod into the retract actuator.
While holding the actuator tightly against the former in the
fuselage, check the operation of the tail wheel retract. It may
take a few cycles to determine the length of the pushrod so
the actuator and retract assembly work in unison. Tighten the
nut in Step 9 after final adjustment.
Drehen Sie das Gestänge in den Geber. Halten Sie den Geber
dabei nah am Rumpfspant und überprüfen die Funktion des
Spornrades. Zum Ermitteln der genauen Länge, bis Geber und
Mechanik gleich laufen, können einige Versuche notwendig
sein.
Î When using an air cylinder, the travel of the actuator
is more than the travel required to operate the retract
unit. Install and adjust the linkage so the excess travel
is expended when the retract is in the DOWN position.
Î Bei Verwendung eines Druckluftzylinders ist der zur
Verfügung stehende Weg größer als zur Funktion benötigt.
Stellen Sie die Anlenkung so ein, dass der größere Weg
bei dem Fahrwerk im ausgefahrenen Zustand ist.

Remove the pin and clip from the actuator and actuator
mount. Secure the mount to the former using the screws
supplied with the mount.
Entfernen Sie den Pin und Clip des Gebers und Geberhalters.
Sichern Sie den Halter im Spant mit den Schrauben aus dem
Lieferumfang des Halters.

Replace the pin and clip to attach the actuator to the mount.
Setzen Sie den Pin und Clip wieder auf um den Geber in den
Halter zu setzen.

Install the screws that secure the retract assembly in the
fuselage. Start with the screws inside the fuselage, working
outward to maintain the alignment of the assembly.
Schrauben Sie die Mechanik im Rumpf fest. Beginnen Sie mit
den Schrauben an der Rumpfinnenseite und schrauben dann
die äußeren fest damit das Bauteil ausgerichtet bleibt.

With the tail wheel retract in the DOWN position, complete the
steering cables and connect the clevises to the rudder servo
arm. Check the operation of the tail wheel retract once all
the components have been installed and make any necessary
adjustment so the retract works without binding.
Schließen Sie die Steuerkabel im eingefahrenen Zustand an.
Überprüfen Sie nach dem Anschluß die Funktion und führen
falls notwendig Einstellungen durch damit das Fahrwerk ohne
zu klemmen arbeitet.
