PBX operation
Call transfer on-hook
You can transfer a call within the PBX system or externally (your network provider must support
this service) by replacing the handset. You need to program the phone for this function:
Press the menu button repeatedly until the display shows »Installation«.
Press the softkey key under »
Press the softkey under »change«. The display shows »PBX operation« with the
change
current setting.
Press the softkey key under »
the active status (default: off).
Press the softkey under »change«. The second line shows the inactive status.

Press the softkey under the inactive status to activate it.
ok Press the softkey under »ok«. The setting is saved.
To exit the menu, press the EXIT button.
For »Transfer on-hook:: off«, the active call is terminated when the receiver is replaced,
and the held call is signalled.
For »Transfer on-hook:: on«, the active call is transferred to the held call when the re-
ceiver is replaced.
