Alarms

You can program your Top A47
Setting alarms
Alarms can be set for individual users.
Select the user.
Press the menu button until »Functions« is displayed.
Press the softkey key under »
status.
Press the softkey under »change«. The display shows »Interval« and the status.

Press the softkey key under the interval you wish to set.
»Daily«: Every day you will be reminded at the set time.
»Once«: You will be reminded of the appointment on the date you have set.
Press the softkey under »ok«. The display shows »Time:« and the actual time.

The cursor is positioned under the first digit.
Enter the time of the appointment. If you have made a mistake, press the mi-
nus key to return and overwrite the error.
ok Press the softkey under »ok«.
To exit the menu, hold down the EXIT button.
Deleting an alarm
Press the menu button until »Functions« is displayed.
Press the softkey key under »
status.
Press the softkey under »change«. The display shows »Interval« and the status.
