4.2 Maintenance schedule reference table [QL1]

The maintenance tasks and intervals for this product are defined in the Maintenance Schedule. The
Maintenance Schedule is a stand-alone publication.
The task numbers in this table provide reference to the maintenance tasks specified in the Maintenance
Schedule.

Maintenance tasks
Visually inspect engine for leaks and general condition.
Check machine room for smell of gas.
Check for abnormal running noises and vibrations.
Check engine oil level in storage tank.
Check valve clearance, adjust if required.
Replace air filter.
Replace engine oil filter when changing engine oil, or when the
interval (years) is reached, at the latest.
Replace filter or filter element.
Check gas lines for leaks, repair if required.
Check ignition timing, adjust if required.
Replace spark plugs.
Check emission values, adjust if required.
Replace spark plug connector.
Measure valve clearance.
