Solution

Remove the jammed media and reposition
the media properly in the tray. Load
transparencies or labels according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Remove the excess media and reload the
correct number of sheets in the tray.
Adjust the media guides in the tray to
match the size of the media.
Remove the warped or wrinkled media and
replace it with new media.
Remove the moist media and replace it
with new, dry media.
Use media that is approved for your printer.
See "Media Types" on page 15.
Load the transparencies or labels
according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
Do not fan transparencies before loading
them. Remove transparencies from the
output tray as soon as they print.
Check the cable.
Make sure no one presses the Cancel key
while your job is printing.
