Start sequence
When the projector is in standby, the Cyclone (I30) and the processor are powered. During the configuration of the Cyclone, a red
LED is on. It turns off when the configuration is loaded.
When going from standby state to active state, the rest of the PMP is powered and both FPGA's (PIP and WARP) are getting
configured. A red LED is indicating this stage. After the configuration is loaded, both red LEDs are turned off.
