7.7.4.4.1 Description of the stereo input/output layer
Description
The stereo input/output layer has 6 Mini DIN connectors (3 pins) and two BNC connectors.
Mini DIN: stereo sync input. For each source input layer, two stereo syncs can be connected. These syncs are forwarded to the PIP
FPGA of the PMP for processing.
BNC connector: acts as both input or output of the stereo sync. The sync is sent out to the emitter or to another projector or is
received from another projector.
The EID is used by the PIP FPGA on the PMP to detect the presence of this stereo input/output board.
