Clutch Plate; Removal - Suzuki RM-Z450 Owner's Service Manual

CLUTCH PLATE

REMOVAL

• Drain engine oil. (!2-11)
• Remove the brake pedal. (!16-18)
• Remove the clutch cover 1 and its gasket.
• Hold the clutch housing with the special tool.
Be careful not to damage the clutch housing or clutch
plates.
" 09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder
• Remove the clutch spring set bolts and clutch springs.
NOTE:
Loosen the clutch spring set bolts little by little and diagonally.
• Remove the clutch pressure plate 2 and push rod 3.
