CLUTCH PLATE
REMOVAL
• Drain engine oil. (!2-12)
• Remove the brake pedal. (!16-18)
• Remove the clutch cover 1 and its gasket.
• Hold the clutch housing with the special tool.
Be careful not to damage the clutch housing or clutch
plates.

• Remove the clutch spring set bolts and clutch springs.
NOTE:
Loosen the clutch spring set bolts little by little and diagonally.
• Remove the pressure plate 2, bearing 3 and push piece 4.
• Remove the push rod 5.
NOTE:
If it is difficult to pull out the push rod 5, use a magnetic hand or
a wire.
