Possible Cause
• Email(s) previously sent by the
machine and stored in the hard drive
may contain damaged data. This can
be deleted by executing SP5832-008,
however note that doing so will also
delete all other sent emails and
initialize the sender's user
name/password and administrator mail
address.
• Defective HDD
• Turn the main switch OFF/ON and try
the operation again.
• Install the Data Overwrite Security Unit
again.
• Replace the HDD.
• Turn the main switch OFF/ON and try
the operation again.
