The LCD shows:

When set to "On", the fax number entry screen will appear. Refer step 6-3 to 6-8 and set "Location 2".
Otherwise, skip to step 6-10.

6-10. Press ENTER to save the setting. Then the machine will return to standby screen.
Clear the Service report settings
7-1.
To clear the Service report, select "Reset Send S-Report" in step 2-1 and then press ENTER.
The LCD will show:
Reset Send S-Report
Yes -> Enter
7-2.
To clear the Service report information, press ENTER.
To finish the operation without clearing, press CANCEL.
7-3.
The machine will return to standby mode.
