Troubleshooting
"MEMORY FULL / CHANGE TO ADF TX" is displayed
The memory has reached its capacity while scanning documents
into memory. The data for those documents already scanned will
be deleted from memory.
Remove all documents and...
1. Start the procedure once again from the beginning after
clearing sufficient data from memory, or
2. Start the procedure once again from the beginning and
transmit in the ADF transmission mode. (Refer to Memory
Switch No. 94: "Transmission Mode", page 142.)
"USED IN MEM. FILE" is displayed
The fax number which you tried to modify or delete is registered
under a one-touch key, group dial key or batch transmission key
which was used to schedule another communication still in
memory. Perform the modification or deletion procedure after the
corresponding communication is completed.
"MEMORY FULL" is displayed
There are already 5 communications (standby transmissions
and/or timer controlled communications) scheduled and waiting in
memory. Schedule your communication after...
1. One of the previously scheduled communications is completed,
or
2. Clearing sufficient data from memory.
