2. Input the destination fax numbers in order of preference.
Repeat steps 1 and 2 below until all desired numbers
have been input.
* Numbers may be input with the keypad, abbreviated
numbers, one-touch keys or group dial keys.
* If the number of destinations exceeds the acceptable
limit, "EXCEED MAX.DEST." will appear on the
message display.
1 Input the destination fax number. (Max. 32 digits)
* If using fax numbers registered under an
abbreviated number, etc., carry out the appropriate
procedure for each number.
2 Check the displayed destination and press the
ENTER FUNCTION key.
3. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
4. If you wish to designate a time for the broadcast
transmission to start, use the keypad to input the
desired start time.
To start broadcast transmission operations immediately,
proceed to step 6.
* The time should be set on a 24-hour time basis
(00:00 - 23:59).
5. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
6. Press the START key.
* The documents will be scanned at this point and a
corresponding file number will be displayed. Once the
broadcast operation to all of the destinations is
complete, a Broadcast transmission report will be
printed out.
