3. Take the imaging unit out of its box. Tear open
the imaging unit package at the notch A , and

take the new imaging unit out.
4. Hold the new imaging unit horizontally and slowly
shake it a few times from side to side.
5. Set the new imaging unit in the facsimile front-
end first.
