Modifying data registered under a group dial
or batch transmission key
3. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key.
4. A fax number registered under that group dial or batch
transmission key will appear on the message display.
To delete the presently displayed fax number perform
steps 1 and 2 below. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until all
desired numbers have been deleted.
Once deletion is completed, or if you do not wish to
delete any fax numbers at all, proceed to step 5.
1 Press the ENTER FUNCTION key until the fax
number to be deleted is displayed.
2 Press the ON-HOOK/CLEAR key. The presently
displayed fax number will be deleted.
5. Press the ENTER FUNCTION key until the message
shown at right is displayed.
6. To add a fax number to a group dial or batch
transmission key, perform steps 1 and 2 below. To add
multiple fax numbers to a group dial key, repeat steps 1
and 2 until all desired numbers have been added.
Once addition of the desired fax number(s) is
completed, or if you do not wish to add any fax numbers
at all, proceed to step 7.
* Numbers may be input with the keypad, abbreviated
numbers or one-touch keys.
* If the number of destinations exceeds the acceptable
limit, "EXCEED MAX.DEST." will appear on the
message display.
1 Input the destination fax number. (Max. 32 digits)
* If using fax numbers registered under an
abbreviated number, etc., carry out the appropriate
procedure for each number.
2 Check the displayed destination and press the ENTER
FUNCTION key.
