To quickly paste from the Clipboard, click the Paste button on the
Standard Toolbar or click the right mouse button within the selected
area and select Paste from the pop-up menu.
The pasted information will be displayed in the upper left hand corner
of the image with a highlighted, dashed border. If the width or height
of the pasted image has a greater number of pixels than the selected
page, Viewer will automatically scale the image to fit the page. You
can then move and/or change the size of the pasted area.
To change the position of the pasted area
Position the cursor inside the pasted graphic, and when the
cursor changes to a four-sided arrow, depress the mouse button
and drag the pasted area to a new location.
Release the mouse button and click outside the pasted area to
permanently paste the graphic.
To change the size of the pasted area
Position the cursor on a handle of pasted graphic, and when the
cursor changes to a double sided arrow, depress the mouse
button and drag the cursor to the new position.
Release the mouse button and click outside the pasted area to
permanently paste the graphic.

Cropping Images

You can crop an area of an image so that the information outside the
selected area is removed. The selected area is positioned at the
upper left hand corner of the window.
To select an area of the displayed image you want to crop.
Choose the Area Selection Tool and position the cursor at one
corner of the area you want to crop.
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor until the
flexible box encloses the area you want to crop.
Release the mouse button.
