Import Of The Act! Address Book Data - Sharp FO-2550 Operation Manual

Phone Number - single field contains Country Code, Area
Code and Phone Number. Imports in its entirety to the Business
Phone Number field of the Colour Multifunction Interface
Address Book.
Notes - imports into the Comments field of the Colour Multi-
function Interface Address Book.
Distribution Lists - imports into the Distribution List , Name
and Description fields of the Colour Multifunction Interface
Address Book.

Import of the ACT! Address Book Data

The following fields from your ACT! Database may be imported to
corresponding Colour Multifunction Interface Address Book
fields. To import database information to your CMFI Address Book,
select File from the Address Book menu bar and choose Import/
Export. The Sharp Colour Multifunction Interface Database
Wizard will be activated enabling you to quickly import your data.
Follow the instructions as prompted, clicking Next to proceed or
Cancel to stop the import process.This function automatically
imports the following ACT! Address Book fields into the Colour
Multifunction Interface Address Book.
