Sender's Name and Number
Enter your name and fax/telephone number (note that a hyphen
cannot be entered in your number). This information will appear
at the top of each page you fax.
Date and Time
The date and time appear in the Colour MFP display and at the
top of each page you fax. To use your computer's system date
and time, simply select the Use System Time box. You can also
directly enter the date and time, or click the arrow to display a
drop-down calendar that you can click on to select the date.

Auto Reception Mode
To change the number of rings on which the Sharp Colour MFP
answers a call in FAX or TEL/FAX reception modes, click the
arrow by the Number of Rings to answer box and then select a
number.
Do not turn on Distinctive Ring Pattern unless you subscribe to
a Distinctive Ring service from your phone company. If you
