Lists Tab

You can create Distribution Lists in your Address Book, enabling
you to send the same fax/e-mail to all List members with each
individually addressed. The fax number/e-mail address that is used
for a List member is the Default Send Address established for each
entry on the Person tab (e.g. if the Default Send Address shows
the Business Fax for an entry, then the fax will be sent to that
person's Business Fax number when sent as part of a Distribution
List or from the Fax/Image E-mail application). There are no
limitations to the quantity of Distribution Lists you create.
To create a new Distribution List:
Select the Lists tab from your Address Book.
Select the New List
List dialog box appears.
Enter the name of the list in the New List dialog box
Type a description of the list in the Optional Description field.
Select OK to return to the Lists tab.
To add members to a Distribution Lists:
Select the Lists tab from your Address Book
icon from the Lists toolbar and the New
Address Book
