You may fax directly from your Address Book application using the
Sharp Colour Multifunction device. Fax transmissions may be dialled
from either the Person tab or the Phone/Fax tab of the Address
Book application.

Sending faxes directly from your Address Book

You may fax directly from your Address Book application using the
Sharp Colour Multifunction device. Fax transmissions may be dialled
from either the Person tab or the Phone/Fax tab of the Address Book
application.
Select the record in the Address Book for the person you want to
fax.
Select the Person tab or the Phone/Fax tab.
Choose the appropriate fax number to dial from the Fax drop down
list.
Click on the Fax button to activate the Fax/Image E-mail screen.
(Note: If you have not already selected a profile, the Choose
Profile dialog box will appear. Select Sharp as your profile and
choose the Colour MFP Address Books.)
The person's name appears in the To: field on the Fax/Image E-
mail screen.
Complete the remaining fields on this screen as applicable, clicking
the Send button to begin the fax transmission.
Note: Refer to the Fax/Image E-mail chapter for more detailed
instructions.

Sending E-mail messages from your Address Book

You may send an E-mail message with or without a file attachment
directly from your Address Book application using the Sharp Colour
Multifunction device. E-mail operations may be activated from either
the Person tab or the E-mail tab of the Address Book application.
