6. Entering Your Name and Fax Number

To send faxes directly from
the Sharp Colour MFP, you
must enter your name and
fax (telephone) number.
You must also set the date
and time.

Press these keys:
The display will show:
3 key FUNCTION key
START key
# key
ENTRY MODE
Once you enter this
information, it will
automatically appear
at the top of each fax
page you send.
