Copy Settings

The Copy application has several settings to optimize your copying
for the type and quality of the original. Before copying, simply
change these options on the Copy screen to the settings you require.
Reduce/Enlarge
Your Colour Multifunction Interface software enables you to
reduce or enlarge the copy of the original. Four standard sizes
are available as well as the ability to customize the ratio.
Full Size creates a copy which is the same size as your
original.
Legal to Letter reduces legal-sized documents to 8-1/2" x
11" documents, or to approximately 70% of the original size.
A4 to Letter reduces A4-sized paper of 8.27" x 11.7" to
8-1/2" x 11" documents, or to approximately 84% of the
original size.
Legal to A4 reduces legal size pages to A4 size pages. This
will reduce your original to approximately 76% of the original
size.
