If you intend to fax the document, select a resolution of 100
or 200 dpi for regular monochrome images, or 100 dpi for
grayscale images.
Note: 600 dpi resolution is not available in the Fax/Image E-
mail application.

Receiving Faxes

When a fax is being received the Fax Manager
to indicate activity. Once the fax is received, it will automatically be sent
to your Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Inbox. All notifications will be
determined by the current configuration you have established for your
mail package.
An activity log for received faxes will be maintained within the Sharp
Message Center and may be accessed from the View Fax Logs menu
item in Microsoft Exchange/Outlook or by clicking on the Fax Manager
tray icon.

Manually Receiving Faxes
You may initiate a manual receive for your faxes via your Sharp
Colour Multifunction Interface system. To invoke a manual receive
operation, when the phone rings, lift the handset and listen for fax
tones. After hearing the fax tones, click the Receive button and the
fax will be received in your Inbox.
