To send an E-mail message from within your Address Book application:
Select the record in the Address Book for the person to whom you
want to send an e-mail message.
Select the Person tab or the E-mail tab.
Choose the appropriate e-mail address (home or business) from the
E-mail drop down list. If an attachment is sent it will be packaged
in the e-mail file format selected on the E-mail tab.
Click on the E-mail button to activate the Fax/Image E-mail
application. (Note: If you have not already selected a profile, the
Choose Profile dialog box will appear.....select Sharp as your
profile and choose the Colour MFP Address Books.)
The person's name appears in the To: field on the Fax/Image E-
mail screen.
Complete the remaining fields on this screen as applicable, clicking
the Send button to begin the e-mail transmission.
Note: Refer to the Fax/Image E-mail chapter for more detailed
instructions and for information about attaching files to e-mail
messages.

Making Voice Calls from your Address Book

You may make voice calls directly from your Address Book application
using the Sharp Colour MFP. Voice calls may be dialled from the
Person tab; the Address tab; the Phone/Fax tab; the E-mail tab; or the
Notes tab. There is no DIAL button available on the Lists tab.
To make a voice call:
Select the record in the Address Book for the person you want to
call.
Choose the appropriate phone number to dial from the Phone drop
down list on any of the Address Book tabs indicated above.
Click on the Dial button and your system will dial the appropriate
Address Book
