delivery, and the specified number of retries have not been
attempted.
Canceled - The fax has been canceled. No additional retries will
be attempted.
Fax Error - An error was encountered during the last facsimile
transmission and the specified number of retries were completed.
Some pages may have been sent.
Open Error - The facsimile message was damaged and the Fax
Outbox was unable to fax it.
No answer N - The called facsimile machine did not answer on
the Nth attempt. If the specified number of rings before discon-
necting and the specified number of retries were completed, the
N entry will be eliminated.
Incomplete - The facsimile was canceled or interrupted before
the entire fax was sent to the Fax Outbox. The fax will not be
sent.
Send Retry N - The fax is being resent for the Nth time.
No Dialtone - No dialtone was detect by the Fax Outbox and
the fax was not sent.
When the facsimile is successfully sent, canceled or the specified
number of retries have been completed, an entry is made in the
Outbox Activity Log with information about the status of the
facsimile.

The Outbox Activity Log

The Message Center maintains a history of all facsimiles sent to the
Outbox in the Outbox Activity Log. (Note: Print jobs will not be
logged in the Activity Log.) The Activity Log is either open within
the Message Center application window or minimized to an icon
within the main window. You can only close the Outbox Activity
Log by exiting the Message Center application. Exiting the Mes-
sage Center will disrupt all fax traffic.
