The image file type you select will be used for the current message
only. You can permanently change the default file type from within
the Colour Multifunction Interface Address Book, or from the Fax/
Image E-mail screen, right click on the recipient's name and select
Properties... from the pop up menu and choose the E-mail tab. Make
your changes on the E-mail tab and select OK for the changes to take
effect.

Phone Control

The Phone button on your Fax/Image E-mail screen enables you to
make a voice phone call directly from your PC.
Select the Phone button to enable the telephone dialling pad.
Click each number as you would on any telephone key pad. The
numbers will appear in the Number to dial field at the top of the pad.
