drop files to frequently used functions, like Save As, Quick Print,
Send Fax, OCR and Staple. Finally, the Status Bar provides infor-
mation about both your document and the tools you are using and is
located at the bottom of the Viewer window, below the Action Bar.
You may also define your own application buttons in order to access
your favorite Windows programs from the Action Bar.

Displaying Window Elements

You can customize the appearance of the Viewer by selecting which
parts of the Viewer window you want to be visible. You may, for
example, want to conserve screen space by turning off the Standard
Toolbar, Annotation Toolbar, Status Bar or Action Bar. The
Viewer gives you the opportunity to customize your workspace.
To display or hide the any or all of the Viewer Toolbars:
Select View from the menu bar or right click at the top or bottom
of your Viewer screen in the toolbar areas to access a pop-up
menu.
Select any or all of the options. Items with a check mark will be
visible and items without a check mark will be hidden.

Changing the appearance of your Viewer window

Use the Window menu items Cascade, Tile, and Arrange Icons to
change the appearance of the Viewer window if more than one file is
open or when files are minimized to icons. You can use these
commands to arrange the windows and icons in order to view them
all. The Window menu also contains a 1. 2. 3. list of open files for
easy access and switching to the files that are currently open.
Cascade
This option will arrange the windows so they are overlapping
(starting in the upper left corner of the Viewer window). The
title bar for each window remains visible.
Tile
This option will arrange the windows so there will be no overlap-
ping and each window is visible.
