WarNING :
to avoid possible accidents caused by abrupt start of the machine, check to be sure that no one
places hand, finger and face or any tool in the moving part of the main unit before operating the
switches (keys).

Start standby screen
1 Display the sewing screen.
Dsplay the data nput screen (blue) and press READY key
A . Then the back-lght of LCD changes to green and
sewng s possble. At ths tme, the presser plate moves to the
ntermedate standby poston after the orgn retreval (*).
(*) When you press the set ready key after havng turned ON the
power to the machne, the orgn retreval s carred out and the
machne enters the sewng mode. Once ths sequence s com-
pleted, the machne wll not carry out the orgn retreval when
t subsequently enters the sewng mode.
2 Set the MaNuaL/autoMatIc/StEP.
When OPERATION CHANGEOVER button
pressed, the pctograph s changed over to enable selecton of
the functon.
AUTOMATIC mode
After the START swtch s pressed, a seres of operaton up to
the stackng s carred out.

The devce stops once at the tme when the foldng s complet-
ed.
When the machne s n the re-start standby state, the opera-
ton panel dsplays the "start standby screen". When you touch
any part of the operaton panel, the devce wll re-start and the
dsplay changes over to the sewng screen.
The materal placed on the machne s released by pressng
SETTING RELEASE button
STEP mode
When the START swtch s pressed, the foldng unt comes
down and the unt stops there.
Every tme the start swtch s pressed, the ar cylnder se-
quence of the foldng unt wll advance by one step. When the
machne comes nto the standby state before the presser plate
moves, the operaton panel dsplays the "start standby screen".
When you touch any part of the operaton panel, the devce wll
re-start and the dsplay changes over to the sewng screen.
The materal placed on the machne s released by pressng
SETTING RELEASE button
In order to protect the machine, turn oFF the power
switch at the end of operation after the completion of
the operation sequence (after the stacker completes its
operation).
