Using the Error Indicators

If a printer error occurs, you can use the error notification
methods, a pattern of beep sounds and messages that appear
on the display on the control panel, to help determine the cause
of the problem and the solution. Use the following table to
diagnose and fix the problem.

Solution
Paper Out N N o paper loaded in the
selected paper source.
Load paper in the selected feed
path; the Paper Out and Pause
lights go off and the printer
resumes printing.
Paper is not loaded correctly.
Remove and reload your paper
correctly, then press the Pause
button. See Chapter 3 for
instructions on how to load the
type of paper you want to use.
Wrong The paper type loaded in your
Paper Size printer differs from that
registered with the EPSON Label
Form Utility.
Load the same type of label
paper you previously registered
with the EPSON Label Form Utility
or use the utility to register the
new type of paper. Then press
the Pause button.
Wrong Your operation does not meet
Paper path the settings in the Paper Select.
Remove the paper in the printer
and reload the paper you use
referring to page 3-31 to 3-35.
Then press the Pause button.
