Enabling QoS Globally

Before you can configure QoS on the PFC3B, you must enable the QoS functionality globally using the
mls qos command. This command enables default QoS conditioning of traffic.
When the mls qos command is enabled, the PFC3B assigns a priority value to each frame. This value is
the internal DSCP. The internal DSCP is assigned based on the contents of the received frame and the
QoS configuration. This value is rewritten to the egress frame's CoS and ToS fields.
To enable QoS globally, perform this task:
