drip
tray(s)
and
discard
grease
into a grease
resistant
container
for
disposal.
Wash drip tray(s)
in
warm soapy water or place in
dishwasher.
Wipe
griddle
or
grill surface
with warm soapy
water
then
rinse
with warm
water.
Wipe
dry with a soft
cloth.
If food particles stick to the grill
or griddle plate, remove with a
mild abrasive
cleaner
such as
Soft Scrub ®.
The 24" griddle
is heavy.
To
clean, wipe with a soapy cloth.
Rinse with clear water and dry
with
a soft
cloth.
The
two
grease
trays
may be washed
in the
dishwasher
after
the
grease
is removed.
Never flood a hot griddle
or
grill with cold water. This can
warp or crack the aluminum
plate.
Do not clean any part of the
grill
or griddle
in a self-
cleaning
oven.
Due to the weight of the 24"
griddle,
do not remove.
