6.6 Service level 2 functions
Description
To display an info window
The info window is displayed on
the bottom right of the screen if
the source changes. It provides
more detailed information about
the set timing.
The serial interface can be acti-
vated or deactivated.
If the serial interface is deacti-
vated ("Off"), it is possible to sup-
press e.g. the downloading of
firmware.
To configure a network of sev-
eral monitors
This function is used to intercon-
nect several monitors so that they
can all be calibrated using a single
computer (connected to the first
monitor).

Definition of bus address for moni-
tor
Enables the adjustment of the
aspect ratio
The picture can be expanded or
compressed in horizontal direc-
tion.
Activation of motion image im-
provement
Undesirable comb effects can
be reduced in the case of in-
terlaced signals with PAL and
NTSC resolutions connected
to the "VGA" and "DVI Analog"
signal inputs.
Undesirable staircase signals
can be reduced in the case of
non-interlaced signals (pro-
gressive) of up to 60 Hz con-
nected to the "VGA" and "DVI
Analog" signal inputs.
