Download mode
Turn the power on while holding down the
[FEED], [RESTART] and [PAUSE] keys.
Turn the power on while holding down the
[FEED] and [PAUSE] keys simultaneously or
holding down the [MODE] key.
Auto configuration mode
Turn the power on while holding down the
[CANCEL] key. (See Note 3.)
Note:
1. To enter the download mode, system mode or auto configuration mode, keep holding down the key until
each display is shown.
2. Power off
When the power switch of the printer is turned off, the ONLINE and ERROR LEDs synchronously flash at a
500-ms interval (ON: 250ms, OFF: 250ms). When the LEDs are unlit, the printer power is turned off.
The printer power shall not be turned on again while these LEDs are flashing. Otherwise, "SYSTEM
ERROR 02 POWER FAILURE" will be displayed, and the LCD message may be corrupted before the error
message is displayed.
