Frequency calibration (source function)
Do the procedure as follows:
1. Connect the applicable calibration equipment (Ref: Table
8-1).
2. Let the equipment get to a stable temperature
(minimum: 5 minutes since the last power on)
3. Set-up the equipment as follows:

4. Use the calibration menu (Ref: Section 8.1) to do a one-
point calibration
5. Check the calibration is correct
