• Reset the partial mail reception setting ON and then
request the sender to retransmit the mail.
• The format of the attached file is not supported by this
equipment (TIFF-FX).
• Request the sender to retransmit the file in TIFF-FX.
• These errors occur when the mail data is damaged from
the transmission to the reception of the mail, or when the
format of the attached file is not supported by this
equipment (TIFF-FX).
• Request the sender to retransmit the mail.
