Check the state of the mail box in the mail server.

Confirm the size on the mail server.

Transmit again in text mode or with lower resolution or

divide the document and transmit again.

If the error still occurs, turn the power OFF and then back

ON. Perform the job in error again.

Check if there is an illegal character in the mail box in the

mail server.
